Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) based on Vodder techniques. This therapy is not technically a massage but a therapeutic form of soft tissue mobilization that increases lymph production and drainage within both superficial and deep lymph systems.

Why is this helpful? MLD is a gentle yet powerful form of bodywork. It helps reduce stress and fatigue as well as promoting general relaxation and detoxification.

In addition MLD can effectively reduce post surgical swelling and provide relief from symptoms of migraine headaches, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis and more.

NOTE: this treatment only applies to mild or medically uncomplicated lymphedema. Please consult your physician or seek a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) who utilizes Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) if you are experiencing *chronic* or medically complicated lymphedema or lipedema.
