Certified Prenatal Bodywork, your session can be booked during all trimesters and aims to help alleviate muscle tension and stress . Please let us know many weeks along you are!

We use a special prone bolstering pad so you can safely and comfortably lay on your stomach.
Side Lying positioning available upon request.

Brazilian lymphatic drainage is a specialized massage technique that promotes lymphatic flow, detoxification. This type of lymphatic drainage is known for its more vigorous and dynamic movements and its use of oil or cream and body conturing results.

Anita specializes in women’s lymphatic bodywork. She studied at A New Beginning School of Massage and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2013. As a skilled bodywork specialist, she focuses on post-operative lymphatic drainage, TMJ therapy, nurturing relaxation, prenatal and oncology massage, as well as corrective deep tissue techniques. Anita applies a holistic and results-driven approach to support her clients’ healing journeys with compassion and effectiveness, tailoring each session to meet their unique goals. Passionate about promoting long-term wellness and health, she strives to create a safe, welcoming space where healing can truly flourish. Outside the studio, Anita enjoys practicing yoga, listening to music, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Sara Walli

With 13+ years experience as an LMT, Sara’s specialty emphasizes deep tissue massage with myofascial focus while leaving the client with an overall sense of relaxation and peace. She focuses on meeting clients where they are at and listens to what is bothering them so she can customize each massage session. Her goal is to address specific areas of pain as well as address the surrounding tissues in order to increase blood flow and range of motion while decreasing tension. Sara also enjoys prenatal bodywork to help increase the comfort of mamas-to-be. Recently her interests have led her to become certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage to address our often overlooked lymphatic system. Additionally, Sara finds that integrating massage cupping into her Integrative sessions can be quite beneficial to the overall outcome of the session. She offers Reiki by request as well.
