With 15 years experience as an LMT, Sara’s specialty emphasizes deep tissue massage with myofascial focus while leaving the client with an overall sense of relaxation and peace. She focuses on meeting clients where they are at and listens to what is bothering them so she can customize each massage session. Her goal is to address specific areas of pain as well as address the surrounding tissues in order to increase blood flow and range of motion while decreasing tension. Sara also enjoys prenatal bodywork to help increase the comfort of mamas-to-be. Recently her interests have led her to become certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage to address our often overlooked lymphatic system. Additionally, Sara finds that integrating massage cupping into her Integrative sessions can be quite beneficial to the overall outcome of the session. She offers Reiki by request as well.
