Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) based on Vodder techniques. This therapy is a gentle form of soft tissue mobilization in which mostly light pressure is applied to the skin creating a stretching action that increases lymph drainage and production. This is done with no oil/cream and utilizes slow rhythmic movements.

Why is this helpful? MLD is a gentle yet powerful form of bodywork. It helps reduce stress and fatigue as well as promote general relaxation and detoxification. It has also been shown to aid in relief from symptoms of migraine headaches, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis and more.
